CLINTON, S.C. – The High Point volleyball team returned to Big South action on Friday night with a matchup at Presbyterian College. Picking up the 3-0 sweep, the Panthers earned the team's seventh sweep of the season and seventh consecutive win since beginning conference play.

Fans at the Templeton Center witnessed a game of runs for the Panthers. Connecting on the offense and defense, HPU was led by
Dylan Maberry on the attack with 16 kills,
BayLea Sparks on the block with five,
Allie Gray on the assist with 35 and
Jordyn Schilling on the back row with 21 digs.
At one point during each set, High Point went on a four-point run or more. The Panthers opened set one with a 5-1 run before pacing on a 6-0 run late in the set after being tied at 17 all. In the second set, High Point advanced on an 11-3 run mid-way through the action. In the final set HPU put the match away with a 5-0 run after leading 20-18.
Two Panthers hit above .300, including
Christine Graf with a .500 hit percentage after going 9-for-16 on the outside, and Sparks who went 7-for-14 for a .375 hit percentage in the middle.
Kea Whillock added quality possessions on the court with three service aces.
