HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University men's soccer team tied with Gardner-Webb on Friday night in Vert Stadium. The Panthers move to 2-2-2 on the season and 0-0-1 in Big South play.

The Panthers tallied four early shots within the first 10 minutes, holding steady possession over the Runnin' Bulldogs.
But the Runnin' Bulldogs tallied the first goal in the 31st minute and entered the halftime break with a 1-0 lead.
Just three minutes into the second half,
Finn McRobb scored the game-tying goal, his first goal of the season and third in his career.
HPU took the man-up advantage after a red card against Gardner-Webb in the 76th minute.
Freshman
Jefferson Amaya had two shots in the final 15 minutes, but the Panthers could not come up with any other opportunities to score.
Holden Trent finished the night with three saves on 11 shots faced.
