High Point will head to Charleston, South Carolina to compete in the Rivertowne Invitational, their second meet this spring.  The tournament is hosted by fellow Big South conference foe Charleston Southern and will take place on February 28th-March 1st.

Rivertowne Country Club

Situated among scenic marshlands and majestic live oaks with thirteen holes playing along the Wando River and Horlbeck Creek, this 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature course features exceptional year-round playing conditions with five sets of tees from 5100 yards to 7200 yards.

Format and Schedule

The Rivertowne Invitational is a two-day tournament with 36 holes played on the first day, followed by 18 holes on the second day.  Play begins Monday (February 28).  Play on Tuesday (March 1)  

Last Time Out

The High Point women's golf team closed out their first meet of the 2022 spring campaign on Tuesday (Feb. 15) with 18 holes in the First Coast Classic at the Deerwood Country Club. Sarah Kahn kept her consistent play going into the final round today as she shot a 79, tied for 24th place.  

UP NEXT

High Point will take a week off and then resume action on March 21 in Kennesaw, Georgia for the Pintree Collegiate. They will open up play with 36 holes and will conclude play on Tuesday (March 22) with 18 holes.
