Big South Freshman of the Week

Austin has set the record for most Big South Freshman of the week honors with eight. Surpassing Carlik Jones (Radford/Louisville) and Christian Keeling (Charleston Southern/North Carolina). Austin aveaged 17.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.0 blocks last week en route to two critical Panther wins. Against NC A&T he had 14 points and 6 rebounds in the win. Against Hampton he nearly had a triple-double as he ended with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and six blocks.
