The High Point University women's soccer team (7-7-2) will take one last road trip for their regular-season finale to face the Bulldogs of UNC Asheville (6-10-1) at 4 pm on Tuesday afternoon.
History with UNC Asheville
HPU is 14-8-3 against UNC Asheville all-time. Last season the Panthers and the Bulldogs met at Vert Stadium as HPU came out with a 5-0 victory. Juliette Vidal, Magdalena Schwarz, Salome Prat, and Emma Schossler all provided a brace for HPU in the victory.

UNC Asheville is entering Tuesday afternoon's game with a 5-4 record in Big South play. The team has secured victories against Longwood, Winthrop, Presbyterian, USC Upstate, and Hampton. Taylor Gardner currently leads the Bulldogs in points on the season with six goals.

The Panthers are coming off of a 7-0 senior day victory over Hampton. Lauren Mazich and Emily Mashinski scored two goals apiece for the Panthers. Emma Schossler, Magdalena Schwarz, and Ella Vaughn also contributed a brace in the victory.

"It was a great win for the team today. I think we needed this for our confidence to continue rolling. Happy for our seniors, very glad that Lauren Mazich was able to get a couple of goals on her senior day, and also for Chloe and Juliette to put in a performance like they always do. I'm really proud of them and was excited to honor them and think the team honored them well."

HPU begins postseason play in the Big South tournament. The team will have a bye in the quarterfinal round and will await the winner of the 3/6 seed matchup to see who they will face next.
