2018 | Women's Golf
On this day (Oct. 30) two years ago, the High Point University women's golf team took home the title in the Terrier Intercollegiate for the second-straight year and third time overall.
Tonrak Tasaso led the way with a fourth-place finish at +5 while current graduate student
Samantha Vodry earned a top-10 finish at +8 for ninth place. It was the fourth victory for head coach
Alexis Bennett, who currently has five career victories at HPU, tied for the most in High Point history. The other victories for the Purple and White in the Terrier Intercollegiate came the year prior in 2017 when HPU won the tournament for its second win in three days and also back in 2013 when the Panthers took the Terrier Intercollegiate and Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate in back-to-back weeks to open the season.
