High Point Notes:
• The Panthers are coming off one of their strongest efforts of the year, a 2-1 road win at Radford on Saturday.
Ebe Kudolo struck first in the sixth minute and was followed by
Justen Shear in the 18th minute.
Keegan Meyer made six saves in net for HPU.
• Kudolo become the eighth different player to score a goal this season for HPU. Overall, 10 different players have recorded a point so far this year.
• Sophomore keeper
Keegan Meyer made six stops to earn the win on Saturday. Meyer has allowed just three goals in his last 507:25 in net (0.53 GAA). Meyer leads the Big South in GAA (0.50) and save percentage (.875) in conference games.
• HPU is 2-2-3 in non-conference play this year. In two-plus year under O'Keeffe, HPU is 12-7-7 against non-conference competition, finishing over .500 the last two seasons.
• The Panthers have won or tied 33 of its last 45 games (22-11-12) dating back to 2015. Of the 45 matches, 32 have been decided by one goal or ended in a tie.
• High Point has played five overtime matches this season, including four 2OT games. With the tie at App State, 21 of HPU's 51 games under
EJ O'Keeffe have needed OT. HPU holds a 3-4-14 record when extra time is needed.
Loyola Notes:
• Loyola, the preseason favorite to win the Patriot League, enters Wednesday's match with a 6-4-1 record after defeating Army West Point, 2-1, on Saturday.
• The Greyhounds, like the Panthers, are used to close games with nine of their 11 matches being decided by one goal or tie.
• Brian Saramago and Barry Sharifi, the league's preseason offensive and midfield players of the year, respectively, are tied for the team lead with three goals apiece.
• Chase Vosvick has played all but one game in net for Loyola, registering a 1.17 GAA and a .739 save percentage.
Series Notes:
• High Point and Loyola are meeting in the second game of a home-and-home series that began in Baltimore last season.
• The Panthers pulled away late with two goals in the final seven minutes to earn a 3-1 victory.
Chris Ramsell scored a pair of goals, including a PK in the 84th minute.
Bana Ganidekam recorded his first career goal in the 89th minute.

Keegan Meyer made three saves in net for the Panthers to improve to 3-0-1 during the 2016 campaign.
• Aside from Loyola, High Point has played just two other matches against Patriot League foes, defeating Navy twice.
