First draw between the Panthers and Ducks in Eugene, Ore., is set for 8 p.m. (ET)/5 p.m. (PT). The game will be streamed live on the Pac-12 online network, with live stats also available via goducks.com.

LAST TIME OUTHigh Point is coming off a 10-9 win over Villanova Wednesday night in Vert Stadium. The Panthers trailed 9-7 midway through the second half, but HPU held the Wildcats scoreless over the final 17:43 and posted the final three goals of the game to claim the team's second-straight victory.

The Panthers held large advantages in shots (24-15) and ground balls (24-14) and caused an impressive 16 turnovers. The 16 CTs were the most by the Panthers since HPU tallied 17 vs. Presbyterian on April 6, 2015.

Samantha Herman put together a breakout game of sorts for the Purple & White during an outstanding all-around effort. The Abingdon, Md., native tallied her first career hat trick while adding career highs in ground balls (4) and caused turnovers (3).

Emily Meier led the Panthers in points (4) vs. Villanova while posting a career best three assists on the night. With her goal in the first half, the Sayville, N.Y., native became the eighth player in program history to reach the 100-point plateau for her career. Fellow senior

DEFENSE GETTING IT DONEThe High Point defensive unit has been a key reason why the Panthers are riding a two-game winning streak. The Purple & White held a James Madison team averaging 11.2 goals/game to nine, while HPU caused its most turnovers (16) in close to a year in the victory over Villanova. The Panthers forced turnovers on five of Villanova's last six possessions in the win Wednesday.

Hayley Norris is averaging 3.0 caused turnovers and 3.5 ground balls/game over the past two contests, while senior captain
Christina Del Sesto is at 2.5 caused turnovers per game during the stretch.

HISTORY vs. OREGONMonday's matchup will be the fourth all-time meeting between the Panthers and the Ducks, Oregon has won two of the three matchups, including the only previous game in Eugene in 2013 (7-6). High Point is 1-1 against Oregon in Vert Stadium, including a 13-10 win in 2012. Last season, HPU dropped a close 9-8 game to the Ducks on Feb. 15, 2015.

Trailing 8-3 with 20:07 to play, HPU posted five-straight goals over the next 14 minutes to tie the score with 6:35 to go. But the Ducks' Hayley Milner scored with 4:12 to go and the Panthers could not score on a possession with less than a minute to play.
Allie Foard posted two goals and two assists in the contest.

A LOOK AT THE DUCKS (3-1, 0-0 MPSF)Oregon was picked to finish sixth out of 10 teams in the MPSF preseason poll. The Ducks are 3-1 so far this season, opening the year with a trio of road contests. Oregon beat Michigan (12-11), Detroit (17-13) and fell to William & Mary (15-14). The Ducks bested LIU Brooklyn, 16-6, in its home opener on Saturday.

Sophomore attack Cambi Cukar leads the Ducks with 18 points (3g, 15a) while junior midfielder Bella Pyne and senior midfielder Holly Johnson have each posted a team-high 11 goals. Senior goalkeeper Jenna Morris has played 221:29 of a possible 240 minutes in cage and has posted a 10.84 goals against average and .344 save percentage.
