            • High Point earned its first Big South win of the season with a 3-0 victory over Longwood at Vert Stadium last week. The Panthers improved to 6-3-2 overall and 1-1-0 in the Big South with the win.
            • Redshirt-freshman Bana Ganidekam and freshmen Siggi Benonysson and Chad Poarch all finished with a goal and an assist in the second half against the Lancers.
            • High Point has now recorded double-digit shots in every game this season. For the season, HPU is outshooting its opponents, 207-99.
            • Benonysson and senior Chris Ramsell lead the team with 13 points on a team-high five goals and three assists. Redshirt-freshman Bana Ganidekam leads the squad with four assists.

NC State Notes:
            • NC State enters the week having lost two-straight games against Duke and No. 5 Clemson. The Wolfpack is 3-8-0 overall and 0-5-0 in the ACC.
            • The Wolfpack has struggled to score goals this season with just 13 through 11 games. Julius Duchscherer leads the team with four goals and 10 points. Simon Blotko and Nick Retzlaff are tied for the team lead with three assists each.
            • Alex McCauley has played every minute in goal for NC State and has posted a 1.91 goals-against average with a .596 save percentage.
            • The Wolfpack has played two other games against Big South opponents this season, falling to Radford, 1-0, and beating Liberty, 3-1.
