LIVE STATSLIVE VIDEOHIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University women's soccer team returns to Vert Stadium this weekend beginning with a game against Stetson on Friday night at 7 p.m. The Panthers enter the weekend undefeated with a 2-0-2 record.
High Point earned a draw against Towson and a win over Mount St. Mary's in Maryland last weekend. The Panthers fell behind by a goal early against the Mount but came back with goals by redshirt-sophomore
Bailey Beattie and sophomore
Bri Jean-Charles to claim the 2-1 win.
Six different players have scored a goal for the Panthers through the first four games of the season. Beattie, Jean-Charles, redshirt-sophomore

Paige Rombach and
Michele Micciche have each found the back of the net for HPU in 2015. Sophomore
Meredith Dunker leads High Point and the Big South with three assists through four games. Sophomore
Alex Persiani has started three games in goal and is 1-0-2 with a 0.58 goals-against average and a .875 save percentage.
Stetson enters the weekend with a 2-2-0 record on the season. The Hatters have picked up wins against FIU and The Citdel while falling to Florida Atlantic and Charlston Southern. Sarah Collins leads Stetson with two goals and five points through four games. Adrianna Suarez and Mara Keomanivane are tied for the team lead with two assists each. Kahri Smith has been between the pipes in all four games for the Hatters and sports a 1.89 goals-against average with a .708 save percentage.
