Curry Williams was named to the HPU strength & conditioning staff in September 2015.
Williams will work primarily with the HPU women's soccer, women's lacrosse, volleyball and men's & women's cross country/track & field programs.

Williams brings a wealth of experience to the HPU Athletic Department after working in a number of specialized strength & conditioning fields.

Most recently, Williams has served as a performance coach at 336 CrossFit (2011-2015), providing biomechanical feedback and sport enhancement program planning for clients. She is also a licensed massage therapist and owner of Forget-Me-Knots LLC., a remedial massage therapy company that provides specific therapeutic treatment for athletes of all ages.

Williams graduated from Appalachian State in 2007 with a degree in exercise science (pre-professional concentration). She also earned her diploma of remedial massage from the Australian Institute of Applied Science in Brisbane in 2009.

Williams has worked in the Triad since 2011 and also has served as a Rehabilitation Technician at Pryblo-Ess Physical Therapy in Winston-Salem, in addition to a role as a fit coach at Rush Fitness Complex.

Prior to her current role, Williams worked as an intern and Assistant strength & conditioning coach at the University of South Carolina. She volunteered as a research assistant at the High Point University Biomechanics Lab and interned with Coach Billings during the 2014-15 season.
Williams resides in High Point.
