2018 Outdoor: Earned All-Big South honors by finished second in the heptathlon and javelin... Set the school record in the heptathlon with 4,616 points... Also finished seventh with the 4x100m relay at the conference meet... Won the heptathlon at the Bill Webb Combined Events with a then-school record of 4,613 points.
2017-18 Indoor: Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the pentathlon with a school-record 3,266 points... Also finished fourth with the DMR and fifth with the 4x400m relay at the Big South Championships.
2017 Outdoor: Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the javelin with a PR of 39.41m (129-3) at the Big South Championships... Placed sixth in the heptathlon at the Big South Championships with a school-record score of 4,520 points... Hit personal bests in three of the seven heptathlon events, including the 800 meters (2:30.86), 100m hurdles (15.14) and the shot put (11.06m - 36-3.5)... Placed fourth in the heptathlon with 4,269 points at the Liberty Collegiate Invite.
2016-17 Indoor: Posted career best in the shot put with a mark of 10.30m (33' 9.5") at the UNCG Early Bird Duals... At the Virginia Tech Invitational, posted a personal best in the 500m with a time of 1:23.7... Posted a personal best in the 60H with a time of 9.59 at the Virginia Tech Challenge... Scored 3,186 points in the pentathlon at the Big South Championship placing 6th.
2016 Outdoor: Had a strong time in the 100H at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 16.07... At the Duke Invitational, posted a lifetime best in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.94... At the 2016 Liberty Twilight meet, posted a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 4.73m (15' 6.25')... Competed in her first Heptathlon at the Big South Championships scoring 3947 points placing 11th... Millis Scholar-Athlete.
2015-16 Indoor:Â Had a 5th place finish in the 4x4 at the High Point Panthers Team Challenge with a time of 4:16.80.
2015Â Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 400m hurdles in a time of 1:06.15 at the Campbell University Invitational on April 18...Posted a season-best 400m hurdles time of 1:05.05 at the Big South Outdoor Championship.
2014-15 Indoor: Posted a season-best 60m hurdles time of 9.59 seconds at the Winston-Salem State Open...Finished seventh in the 60m hurdles at the HPU Team Challenge (9.80)...Was 12th in the prelims of the event at the Big South Indoor Championship (9.63).
Prior To HPU: Garnered all-state honors at Arrowhead High School as a senior in the 300m hurdles...Her school-record time of 44.81 seconds in the event is a top-25 all-time mark in Wisconsin state history...A two-time state qualifier and 15-time all-conference selection during her high school career...Led Arrowhead to four regional titles...Invited to the Wisconsin All-Star Senior Spotlight track meet in 2014...In addition to her school-record time in the 300m hurdles, also owns the Arrowhead school record in the 100m hurdles...Three-time national qualifier with the Milwaukee Mustangs.
