2019-20 Indoor: Part of the winning DMR and runner-up 4x800m at the Keydet Invitational (1/17-18)... Recorded a personal best and fourth place finish in the 600m at Camel City (2/7-8)... Ran a personal best of 2:14.27 in the 800m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (2/14-15)... Champion in the mile with a personal best of 4:56.26 and runner up in the 800m at the Big South Indoor Championships (2/28-29)... Also part of the runner up 4x400m at the Big South Indoor Championship (2/28-29).

2019 Outdoor: Clinched a fourth-place finish in the VertKlasse 3000m Steeplechase (3/22), running a PR of 11:31.44... Also took eighth in the 800m at that meet, crossing the finish line in 2:14.04... Improved on her 800m PR with a 2:13.07 at the Aggie Invitational (4/12)... 2:17.31 in the Big South Championship 800m (5/10) was good for fourth overall... Ran a 4:46.22 in the Big South Championship 800m prelim (5/9), before finishing seventh in the final (4:48.02)... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19 Indoor: Ran a 2:57.81 in the 1000m and a 5:10.92 in the Mile at the Keydet Invitational (1/18-19), taking fifth in the latter... Improved on her Mile PR with a 5:06.43 at Liberty Kickoff (1/25), taking sixth overall... Grabbed a runner-up finish in the Big South Championship 800m (2/16), crossing the finish line in 2:15.88... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2018 Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 400m hurdles, eighth in the 800 meters and sixth as part of the 4x400m relay at the Big South Championships... Ran season-best times in the prelims of the 400m hurdles (1:04.95) and 800m (2:15.94) at the conference meet.

2017-18 Indoor: Placed fourth as part of the DMR and fifth as part of the 4x400m relay at the Big South Championships.

Prior to High Point: German national runner-up in 4x400m relay in 2015... Seven-time Federal State Champion in 800 or 1,500 meters... 800m sixth place at German indoor national championships in 2016 and 2017... Finished sixth in 1,500m steeplechase at German nationals in 2015.

Personal: Intending to major in biochemistry.
