Alisia Lovejoy enters her first year as Associate Director of Athletic Communications at High Point. She Joined the staff in June 2026 and will be serving as the main contact for women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and both track & field and cross-country teams.
As the Associate Director of Athletic Communications, she handles her delegated sports teams including stories, social media, and media relations.
A native of Thornton, Pa., Lovejoy comes to HPU from NCAA Division II University of Mount Olive, where she served as the graduate assistant for 23 varsity sports and studied to receive her master’s in business administration. While at Mount Olive she assisted with the game-day operations at all home athletic events, managed the website, social media accounts, and media relations.
Lovejoy is a 2024 graduate of Mount Olive, where she earned a degree in Sports Management. While at Mount Olive, she played four years of collegiate field hockey.
While being a student-athlete, she completed a semester long internship as assistant for the sports communications department and was part of the Student-Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Lovejoy resides in High Point with her dog Olive.
