Jessica Rudloff was named an HPU women's lacrosse assistant coach in October 2015.
Rudloff, who starred on the field at both Longwood and Drexel, comes to HPU after working as an assistant coach at Washington College.

"I'm very excited to announce the addition of Jess to our coaching staff," Boswell said. "She brings experience and maturity to our offensive unit and will be a huge asset to the development of our younger student-athletes. She was a tough player on the field and I know she will be a great role model for our players."

Rudloff served as both the recruiting coordinator and offensive coordinator at Washington College while overseeing all camp operations and external communications. During her tenure, she also coached club lacrosse with the Lady Blue Crabs and Philly Blast.

Rudloff earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Longwood in 2012. During her playing career with the Lancers (2008-12), she led the team to a pair of NLC championships and was named Longwood's co-rookie of the year in 2009. Rudloff was a three-time NLC All-Academic selection and three-time IWLCA All-Academic pick.

She also competed for Drexel during her graduate year of eligibility in 2013 and led the Dragons to a CAA title game appearance. While in Philadelphia, she earned her master's in human nutrition. Rudloff also is completing her master's of human nutrition from Stony Brook University.

In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Rudloff has participated in the Global Players Coach Abroad Program. She's played and coached in the Berlin Open and Prague Cup and trained the Berlin women's lacrosse team during her experience abroad.
