Christie Dougherty joined the High Point University women's lacrosse staff as director of operations in August 2014.
Dougherty was a part of the first class in HPU women's lacrosse history, wrapping up an outstanding career in May 2014. She helped lead the Panthers to two NCAA Tournament appearances (2013, 2014) and four conference titles during her time with the Purple & White.
A two-time all-conference selection, Dougherty was named the 2012 NLC Midfielder of the Year during her sophomore campaign. She finished her career with 107 points on 79 goals and 28 assists and picked up 111 ground balls in 76 career games.
A four-time Millis Scholar-Athlete, Dougherty was named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll in 2013.
