Terrence Hearst was hired at High Point after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at Guilford College in 2015. Hearst also completed his Master's of Exercise Science at Appalachian State University in 2016.
Prior to High Point, Hearst worked as intern at Catawba College, Wake Forest University and with the Carolina Panthers. At Davidson College, Hearst worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Hearst is now the Director of Sports Performance for High Point Women's Basketball and the High Point University Baseball team.Â
