Jayde Gamble joined the High Point University Women’s Basketball staff as a graduate assistant in 2025-26. In her first year, the Panthers earned the program’s highest seed in NCAA Tournament after sweeping the Big South Conference regular-season and tournament trophies.
Before HPU, Gamble played Division I basketball at UNC Greensboro where she played a key role in helping make the program’s first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance during the 2024-25 season.
“It's been a blessing to work with this staff and group of young women,” Gamble said. “These college years are very important for growth off the court. My goal is to impact them deeper than just putting the ball in the hoop.”
While at UNCG, Gamble was a two-time All-SoCon selection and earned First Team All-Conference honors in 2023-24 and followed with a Second Team All-Conference selection in 2024-25. During her collegiate career, she surpassed 1,000 career points and recorded over 200 career steals.
Gamble is pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication and Business Leadership at HPU, where she continues to develop her skills as an aspiring coach with the team.
