2019-20 Indoor: Opened his season at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville meet (12/7) placing 24th with a personal record time of 14:16.44 in the 5000m... Took first place in the 1000m with a personal record time of 2:27.15 at the VMI Keydet Invitational (1/17-18)... Placed first in the 3000 at the Hokie Invitational (1/24) with a time of 8:34.02... At the Big South Indoor Championship (2/28-29), place second in the mile, 3000, and 5000...

2018-19 Indoor: Took first in the JDL Early Bird Duals 3000m to open the season (12/2)... Ran an 8:29.02 and a 4:17.07 in the 3000m and Mile respectively to take home a pair of event wins from the Keydet Invitational (1/18-19)... 4:11.55 took third in the Liberty Kickoff mile (1/25)... Ran a season-best time of 8:19.25 in the Camel City Invitational 3000m (2/1), coming in fourth among the field... Earned a pair of third-place finishes at Big South Championships (2/15-16), turning in a 4:09.99 in the mile and an 8:37.74 in the 3000m... Millis Scholar-Athlete

2018 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships after placing 11th in the 3,000m steeplechase in a season-best 8:47.08 at the NCAA East Prelims... Earned All-Big South honors after finishing second in steeple in 9:10.24 at Big South Championships... Also crossed the line fourth in the 1,500 meters in a season-best 3:47.99... Won the steeplechase in 8:56.06 at the VertKlasse Meeting.

2018 Indoor: Big South Freshman of the Year... Placed fourth in both the mile in a season-best 4:07.75 and the 3,000 meters in 8:31.63 at the Big South Championships... Was part of second-place DMR squad at the conference meet in a school-record 9:59.62.
