High Point University Athletics

Harrell is entering his second season with the High Point University sports medicine office and serves as the assistant athletic trainer for the men’s lacrosse program.
 
The Tennessee native comes to HPU after completing his masters in Athletic Training at Lenoir-Rhyne University. During his time with the Bears, he served as the trainer for the baseball, football and softball programs.
 
During the fall of 2014, Harrell served as the athletic trainer for the football, wrestling, men’s soccer, basketball and volleyball programs as Newton-Conover High School.
 
Prior to his time at Lenoir-Rhyne, Harrell earned his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Tennessee Technological University. While there he assisted with the football teams athletic training needs.
