PREP: Earned four letters in track and cross country at North Rockland High School...Garnered first team all-county accolades in cross country and the 2000-meter steeplechase...Led the Red Raiders to three-conference titles and a pair of county and sectional championships during his career...Also served as team captain of the distance squad and won the county championship in the steeplechase in 2016...Held personal bests of 9:55.79 in the 3000m steeplechase, 9:47.90 in the 3000-meter, 4:33.85 in the 1600-meter and 2:02.50 in the 800-meter.
