GRADUATE STUDENT (2023)
  • Competed in all six meets over the course of the season.
  • Kicked off the season with a top-25 finish at the Elon Opener with a time of  18:27.1.
  • Followed up with a 31st place finish at the Virginia Tech Alumni meet.
  • Clocked best 8K time of the season at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite with a time of  25:03.0.
  • Finished the regular season with a 34th place finish at UVA's Pre-Nationals meet, posting a time of  25:09.8.
  • Landed second top-25 finish this season at the Big South Championship meet, clocking a time of  25:18.0 to place 16th.
  • Finished HPU career with a 105th place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regionals, posting best 10K time of  31:25.6.

SENIOR (2022)
  • Kicked off the season with a 32nd-place finish at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2), concluding the 8k event in 26:21.04. 
  • Posted a 28th-place performance at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (Sept. 16) as he posted a mark of 25:56.7. 
  • Finished off the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 1) in 99th-place after a time of 25:46.8.
  • Notched his first Top-10 finish (ninth) at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 14) after completing the course in 24:59.5.
  • Claimed seventh at the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) with a time of 24:59.5 in the 8k event. 
  • Took part in his third NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 11), placing 93rd overall with a mark of 31:52.5. 
JUNIOR (2021)
  • Ended the season by competing in six meets for the Panthers. 
  • Enjoyed his fourth consecutive Top-25 finish at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3), where he was 20th in a time of 26:05.95. 
  • Posted a 19th-place finish at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational, closing the race in a time of 25:33.0. 
  • Crossed the line 122nd in the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 2) before finishing 12th at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 15) after a mark of 25:58.0. 
  • Responsible for 19th at the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) after completing the course in 25:25.3. 
  • Reached the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 12), his second appearance in the event, where he was 107th overall with a time of 31:51.9. 
SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
  • Took part in three races over the course of the abbreviated season. 
  • Began his season with a 20th-place outing, the third Top-25 outing of his career, at the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational (Jan. 29) with a mark of 26:54.9. 
  • Claimed 16th-place, following a race of 26:53.56, at the 8k Winter VertCross on February 12th. 
  • Wrapped up the slate with a 15th-place performance at the Big South Championship (March 5) after a time of 24:52.8. 
FRESHMAN (2019)
  • Competed in six events over the course of his first year with the Purple and White.
  • Began his career with a 28th-place outing at the Covered Bridge Open (Aug. 30), posting a time of 26:47.52.
  • Claimed 89th at the Commodore Classic (Sept. 14), where he logged a time of 26:25.00. 
  • Crossed the line 25th at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 18), reaching the finish line in 26:06.07. 
  • Posted his best finish of the campaign (23rd) in the Big South Championship (Nov. 2) in a time of 26:34.77.
  • Ended his season at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 15), finishing 124th in a time of 32:46.1.
PREP
Earned second-team PTFCA All-State honors in cross country his senior year...2018 PIAA state cross country championship medalist...Two-time indoor state 3,000m medalist...Lancaster Leganon League champion in 3,200m.Member of the National Honors Society.
