SENIOR (2024)

• Competed in five meets
• Opened the season with a 6K of 19:07.8, good for his best 6k finish of 17th at the Covered Bridge Open
• Followed up with a 103rd finish at Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 26:49.8
• Competed in the Lehigh Paul Short Run where he placed 139th with a time of 25:23.4
• Finished the regular season at Panorama Farms Invitational where he placed 139th with a time of 25:51.8
• Had career-best 8k PR of 24:55.1 at Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing in 12th place

JUNIOR (2023)

• Competed in all six meets.
• Opened the season with 6K PR of 18:52.3, good for 37th at the Elon Opener.
• Followed up with a 40th place finish at Virginia Tech Alumni Meet with a time of  26:32.5.
• Traveled to Notre Dame where he placed 67th with a time of  25:41.7. 
• Finished the regular season at UVA's Pre-Nationals meet, placing 78th with a time of  26:12.0.
• Had best 8K performance at the Big South Championships, placing 20th with a time of  25:39.0.
• Finished the season at the NCAA Southeast Regionals, placing 124th with a time of  31:48.6.

SOPHOMORE (2022)

• Participated in all six meets over the course of the season. 
• Began the slate with a 46th-place outing at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2), notching a mark of 26:41.57.
• Returned to the course on September 16th to finish 43rd at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite with a time of 26:23.0.
• Rebounded from a tough outing at the Live in Lou Classic, where he placed 170th, to close 26th at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 14) after a mark of 26:27.7. 
• Crossed the line 23rd at the Big South Championship (Oct. 29), completing the 8k event at the 26:01.8.
• Ended his season by placing 118th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 11) after a mark of 32:24.2. 

FRESHMAN (2021)

• Began his collegiate career by finishing 65th at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3) after a time of 27:24.22. 
• Had his highest finish of the season (51st) at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (Sept. 17), crossing the line in 27:14.2. 
• Closed out the Live in Lou Classic with a 273rd-place performance (26:40.3)
• Equaled his best finish on the season (51st) at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 15), after a time of 27:48.6.
