GRADUATE STUDENT (2024)
  • Completed in five meets
  • Opened the season with a 67th place finish at Roy Griak Invitational, clocking a time of 26:18.2
  • Followed up with a 66th place finish at the Lehigh Paul Short Run
  • Finished the Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 24:24.0
  • Won the Big South Championships, recording a time of 24:05.9
SENIOR (2023)
  • Competed in all six meets, finishing in the top-10 in three and the top-25 in two meets.
  • Opened the season with a ninth place finish at the Elon Opener, clocking a time of 17:55.7.
  • Followed up with a 19th place finish at the Virginia Tech Alumni Meet.
  • Finished the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite with a time of  24:43.0 to place in the top-25 again at 15th.
  • Secured a top-10 finish of sixth place at UVA's Pre-Nationals meet with a time of  24:33.4.
  • PRed in the 8K with a time of  24:23.7 and secured his best finish of 5th at the Big South Championships.
  • Ended his senior season with a 10K PR of  30:56.1 and his best finish of 77th at the NCAA Southeast Regionals.
JUNIOR (2022)
  • Competed in three events in 2022. 
  • Opened the slate with a 20th-place outing at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2), his sixth Top-25 outing, which came by virtue of a 26:03.08 performance. 
  • Crossed the finish line of the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite in 32nd with a time of 26:04.08.
  • Made his final appearance of the slate in the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 1) after a 25:32.5 time (183rd). 
SOPHOMORE (2021)
  • Took part in all six events for the Purple and White in the 2021 fall season. 
  • Began the campaign by competing in the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3), placing 62nd overall, with a mark of 27:19.20. 
  • Notched a 34th-place finish at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (Sept. 17) as he crossed the line in 26:02.9. 
  • Claimed the fourth Top-25 finish of his High Point career at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 15) after finishing the course 24th in a time of 26:31.6.
  • Posted his best finish of the season (14th) at the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) following a time of 25:36.8. 
  • Wrapped up the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 12) in a time of 31:50.5, resulting in a 105th-place outing for the Panthers. 
FRESHMAN (2020-21)
  • Competed in three events over the course of the season, including his collegiate debut at the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational (Jan. 29) where he posted a time of 25:53.4. 
  • Picked up his second Top-10 in as many races, finishing 10th at the Winter VertCross (Feb. 12) after a mark of 26:24.61.
  • Crossed the line 12th at the Big South Championship (March 5), posting a mark of 24:43.9.
PREP
  • Two-time MIAA All-Conference member
  • Two-time All-County member.
