GRADUATE STUDENT (2024)
  • Competed in five meets
  • Opened the season with a time of 27:49.0 at the Roy Griak Invitational 
  • Followed up by achieving an 8K PR of 25:14.5 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run
  • Achieved a top-25 finish at the Big South Championships with a time of 25:29.1
  • Completed his season at the NCAA Regional Championships, achieving a time of 33:23.2
SENIOR (2023)
  • Competed in all six meets, finishing in the top-25 in two. 
  • Opened his senior season with a 6K time of  18:11.7 to place 18th at the Elon Opener.
  • Followed up with a 28th place finish at the Virginia Tech Alumni Meet with a time of  25:58.6. 
  • Secured his 8K PR of 25:38.5 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite.
  • Narrowly missed his 8K PR at UVA's Pre-Nationals meet, finishing with a time of  25:38.9.
  • Placed 21st with a time of  25:43.8 at the Big South Championships.
  • Ended his senior slate with a 10K time of  31:29.3 to place 109th at the NCAA Southeast Regionals.
JUNIOR (2022)
  • Took part in five meets over the course of the season for the Panthers. 
  • Began his season with a 45th-place outing at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2), posting a time of 26:39.74 in the process. 
  • Was 70th overall at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (Sept. 16) following a time of 27:11.1. 
  • Enjoyed the best finish (18th) of his High Point career at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 14) with a time of 25:44.6.
  • Ended the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) in a time of 25:55.6, resulting in a 20th-place finish. 
  • Crossed the line of the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 11), his second appearance at the event, with a mark of 32:37.1. 
SOPHOMORE (2021)
  • Made his collegiate debut for the Panthers at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3), crossing the line 55th in a time of 27:02.01. 
  • Was the 48th finisher at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (Sept. 17) after a time of 26:56.7. 
  • Overcame a tough outing at the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 2), where he was 262nd overall, by finishing 30th at the VertCross Invitational (Oct. 15) with a mark of 26:57.3. 
  • Claimed 35th in the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) by virtue of a 26:43.2 on the 8k course. 
  • Reached the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 12), where he was 186th overall with a mark of 34:03.4. 
FRESHMAN (2020-21)
  • Did not compete in any meets over the course of the season.
