SENIOR (2024)

• Competed in five meets
• Opened season at Roy Griak Invitational, clocking a time of 26:47.0
• Recorded an 8K PR of 24:45.1 with a finish of 73rd place at Panorama Farms Invitational 
• Finished in a career-best ninth place at the Big South Championships with a time of 24:46.2
• Competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, scoring a time of 33:30.5

JUNIOR (2023)

• Assisted HPU to a third place team finish at the Big South Championships.
• Ran best 8K time of 25:06.3 and had best 8K finish of 11th at the Big South Championships.

SOPHOMORE (2022)

• Took part in a pair of races on the season. 
• Made his season debut at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 2), placing 31st with a time of 26:19.64. 
• Completed the course at the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 1) in a time of 25:48.0, finishing 211th. 

FRESHMAN (2021)

• Participated in five meets over the duration of the season. 
• Made his collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open (Sept. 3), posting a 45th-place finish in a time of 26:40.94. 
• Crossed the finish line of the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational in 45th, recording a time of 26:34.3.
• Took part in the Live in Lou Classic (Oct. 2), resulting in a time of 25:33.9 (177th-place). 
• Enjoyed his best finish of the slate (38th) at the 8k VertCross, finishing the event in 27:15.0.
• Clapped off the Big South Championship (Oct. 29) with a 49th-place outing at a pace of 27:24.8.  
   

PREP
Helped lead his high school team to a runner-up finish at the 2020 state of Tennessee cross country meet. Member of 4x800 team that finished second at the state championship.
