2011: Placed 36th in a season-best time of 27:31 at the Big South Preview Meet on Sept. 17 … Took 28th in the Hagan Stone Classic on Sept. 30 … Placed 16th in the open race of the Blue Ridge Open, running a time of 28:19.1 on Oct. 14.

2010: Placed 52nd in the Big South Preview ... Finished 25th at the Hagan Stone Classic with a time of 28:42.40 ... Took 10th in the open 8K portion of the Blue Ridge Open with a time of 27:42.10. 

2009: Did not compete in any meets.

Prep: Competed in cross country and track & field all four years ... In cross country, earned All-Conference honors in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and was named All-Region and All-South at Footlocker South in 2008 ... Indoor state qualifier in the 3,200-meter and 4x800 relay ... Outdoor regional qualifier in the 3,200-meter and 4x800 relay ... Also earned team's Indoor Track Freshman of the Year award, was named Most Improved in cross country and earned the Coach's Award in cross country and track ... Helped his team to a regional title and two runner-up finishes in cross country and a state title in indoor track.
