2009: In his collegiate debut, placed 10th as an individual at the Wake Forest Relays … Placed 18th at the Big South Preview meet … Placed 92nd at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 26:46 … Placed 19th in 25:44 to help HPU win the Blue Ridge Open … Earned All-Conference honors and named Big South Freshman of the Year with his ninth-place finish in 26:24 at the Big South Championship.

Prep: Represented Canada at the 2009 IAAF World Youth Championships in the 2,000-meter steeplechase, placing 11th ...
