  • Appeared in all 35 games, starting in one.
  • Totaled 541 minutes of playing time and averaged 15.5 minutes per game.
  • Produced 147 points during his senior season, averaging 4.2 per game.
  • Shot 37.4% from three-point range (37-99) dropped a season-high four made threes in two games, versus Hampton (Nov. 26) going a perfect 4-for-4 and against Gardner-Webb going 4-for-6.
  • Scored a season-high 17 points against Hampton (Nov. 26), going 4-4 from threes and 5-5 from the line. Matched his season-high on senior night against USC Upstate (Feb. 26) after going 7-for-14 from the field.
  • Totaled 86 rebounds to average 2.5 rebounds per game, collecting a season-high 10 versus Winthrop (Mar. 9) in the Big South Championship game.
  • Added 11 steals and nine assists during the season.
  • Benham caught national attention in the Big South Championship game after helping the Panthers erase a 15-point deficit in the second half. His top of the key three tied the game followed by his and-one layup to take the lead. Benham's 'Mean Muggin' celebration became well known around the country.
  • Helped High Point to its first-ever Big South Tournament title and its first bid to the NCAA Tournament.
  • Closed out his senior season going 3-for-3 from three point range for 11 points against Purdue in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament.

JUNIOR (2023-24)

  • Averaged 27.5 minutes per game and played a season-high 37 minutes versus USC Upstate (Feb. 14).
  • Averaged 8.0 points per game, shooting 37% from three-point range and 86.8% from the line.
  • Scored 10+ points in 14 games and dropped a season-high 21 points versus UNC Greensboro (Dec. 19) after registering seven three point field goals out of 10 for a 70% shooting night from beyond the arc. His seven three-point field goals made is tied for third in the record book for three-point field goals made in a single game.
  • Led the team in three-point field goals made and attempted going 74-200 during the season, and finished second in the Big South in three-point field goals made. 
  • Finished third on the team in rebounding averaging 4.6 per game to total 165 on the year.
  • Registered a double-double against Illinois State at the Gulf Coast Showcase with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
  • Picked up 5+ rebounds in 19 games.
  • Added 15 steals and four blocks.
SOPHOMORE (2022-23 / Lipscomb):
  • Saw time on the floor in all 33 games this season with 23 starts earned in his sophomore campaign.
  • Totaled 606 minutes on the floor with a season-high 34 minutes against local foe Belmont (11/14).
  • Recorded a total of 218 points this season at a 6.6 point-per-game clip including a season-high 22 points against Alabama A&M (12/9).
  • Put away 78 field goals on a .379 field goal percentage.
  • Finished the season second on the squad in 3-pointers made by just one made shot with a final tally of 52 on a .364 3-pointer percentage.
  • Sunk 10-of-16 free throws for a .625 mark from the free throw line.

FRESHMAN (2021-22 / Lipscomb):
  • Named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team
  • Appeared in 24 games with 11 starts for a total of 389 minutes on the floor in his first season for Lipscomb.
  • Averaged 16.2 points per game including a season-high 26 points against Central Arkansas (2/26).
  • Made his collegiate debut against Birmingham Southern (11/09) when he pulled down two rebounds in two minutes.
  • Scored his first points as a Bison against South Carolina State (11/13) when he made four free throws in seven minutes on the floor.
  • Collected a .474 shooting percentage as he went 73-of-154 from the floor.
  • Went 39-of-94 from deep to earn a second on the team and seventh in the ASUN 3-point percentage at .415.
  • Made 13 of his 20 free throws to go .650 from the free-throw line.
  • Pulled down an average of 3.2 rebounds per game with 76 rebounds, 56 of them defensive.
  • Notched eight assists, 15 steals, and four blocks during his time on the floor.
