15417Crossley was promoted to the leadership position after spending over three seasons on staff as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Panthers.

"We are excited to promote Andrew to oversee our Strength and Conditioning department," senior associate athletic director Chris Wood said. "Andrew has the passion and vision to help continue to take our program to an elite level and his dedication to our student-athletes is tremendous. Likewise, his knowledge and experience will play a huge role in our performance on the field or on the court."

During his time at High Point, Crossley has served as the primary strength and conditioning coach for the Panthers' men's soccer, volleyball and baseball programs. Similarly, he has assisted with the men's basketball team that won four straight Big South Championships and the men's lacrosse program that won the 2015 SoCon title and qualified for the NCAA Tournament.

Before coming to HPU, Crossley spent two seasons at Campbell where he was directly responsible for women's basketball, volleyball, wrestling, swimming and tennis. Crossley was elevated to Coordinator of Women's Basketball while with the Camels. This required him to design and implement programs for each individual player as well as develop nutrition and diet guidelines.

Crossley spent time as a volunteer strength & conditioning coach at North Carolina in 2012-13, working with the women's basketball and men's lacrosse teams.

Prior to his time at UNC, Crossley volunteered at his alma mater, Tennessee, assisting the strength staff with in-season football, basketball, swimming, golf and tennis team workouts.

Immediately after graduating from Tennesee, Crossley interned with the San Antonio NBA and WNBA teams.

Crossley was a four-year member of the Tennessee football team, graduating in 2004 with a degree in Biochemistry. He completed his master's degree in Education in Interdisciplinary Studies at Campbell in December 2012.
