Introduction to the HPU Sports Performance Department
The High Point University Sports Performance Department (SPD) consists of certified athletic trainers, strength & conditioning coaches, sports dietitians, clinical counselors and administrators who utilize their expertise to increase the health, wellness and athletic performance of each student-athlete at High Point University.
Our Mission
To provide student-athletes with the best healthcare, services, training and programs available to achieve maximal performance and optimal health. Through communication and education, our student-athletes and coaches will be provided every tool needed to excel and succeed in the pursuit of championships.
What Does This Mean For Our HPU Student-Athletes?
HPU Student-Athletes…this whole initiative was created just for YOU! We have identified needs and created access to various resources and experts whose number one goal is to make you the best you can be physically, socially, academically and athletically.
