JUNIOR (2022-23)

  • Started one game in his 30 appearances as a junior.
  • Averaged 10.4 minutes per game, including a season-high 21 minutes versus UNC Asheville (1/4/23)

  • Scored a season-high 14 points in the season-opener against Pfeiffer (11/7/23).

SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

  • One of four Panthers to play in all 32 contests along with John-Michael Wright, Zack Austin and Emmanuel Izunabor. 
  • Finished the season by ranking among the Top-5 statistically in field goal percentage (.624-1st), blocks (19-3rd), field goals made (93-4th), field goals attempted (149-4th), points (214-4th), offensive rebounds (49-2nd) and total rebounds (115-5th). 
  • Kicked off the season with 10 rebounds, nine points and two blocks in 23 minutes against Shenandoah (Nov. 9). 
  • Finished off a solid outing against Chowan (Nov. 27) with 17 points (8-10 FG), six rebounds and two blocks. 
  • Solid performer against Michigan State (Dec. 29), closing with 10 points, three rebounds and two assists. 
  • Put up 16 points (7-9 FG) and five rebounds in clash with USC Upstate (Jan. 12). 
  • Emerged with 15 points (6-6 FG) in 17 minutes against Hampton (Jan. 22). 
  • Established his single-game season-high in points (18) after hitting 8-of-9 from the field, grabbing six rebounds in 22 minutes, against Campbell (Jan. 29).

FRESHMAN (2020-21)

  • Capped off his freshman season by starting in 11 of the 21 games he played, logging 307 minutes (14.6 mpg) along the way. 
  • Knocked down 32-of-74 (43.2%) from the floor and 22-of-34 (64.7%) from the free throw line to finish with 87 points. 
  • Active defender with 63 rebounds (29 offensive), six blocks and four steals. 
  • Made his collegiate debut at Davidson (Nov. 25), closing with six rebounds (two offensive) and five points (3-3 FT). 
  • Responded with 12 points (4-8 FG) and eight rebounds (five offensive) in his first career start, which came at Gardner-Webb (Jan. 29). 
  • Completed the series against Gardner-Webb (Jan. 30) with an 11-point (5-7 FG), six-rebound (three offensive) performance. 
  • Emerged with 10 points and six rebounds, hitting all four free throws along the way, against Charleston Southern (Feb. 11). 
  • Scored at least one bucket in five of his last six games of the season for the Panthers. 

PREP:

  • Holt played at Lexington high school.
  • He averaged 17.9 points per game and 17.7 rebounds per game in 27 games played in 2019-2020.
  • His high school senior campaign included being named MaxPreps Player of the Game nine times and helped lead the Hornets to a 22-6 record and the third round of the NCHSAA 2A State Tournament.
