2015-16: Indoor, set collegiate best 4:50.79 in the mile placing 15th at High Point Panthers Team Challenge...Ran collegiate best 10:00.05 in 3,000-meter run at Wake Forest Invitational...Outdoor, ran personal best 2:05.93 in 800-meter run at Vertklasse Meeting...Millis-Scholar Athlete.

Prep: Competed in track & field and cross country for four years at North Davidson...Had high school bests of 2:05 in the 800-meter, 4:35 in the 1600-meter, 10:07 in the 3200-meter and 16:24 in the 5,000-meter.
