2013-14: Indoors, Ran a career-best 14:28.91 to finish third at the Big South Championships in the 5,000-meter ... 2010-11: Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:25.82) and took sixth in a tactical 1,500-meter (4:02.15) at the Big South Outdoor Championship, getting season bests in both events ... Placed fifth in the mile in a career-best 4:14.86 at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting ... Indoors, ran on the sixth-place distance medley relay and took 11th in the 3,000-meter at the Big South Championship.

Prep: North Carolina state champ in cross country as a senior ... Three-time conference champ, three-time region champ and earned All-Conference honors all four years in cross country ... In outdoor track, won both the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter at the NCHSAA 4A Midwest Regional before placing third in both events at the state championship ...
