Duke was tabbed as the No. 12 team in the nation, according to the United Soccer Coaches preseason rankings, which is the highest preseason ranking for the Blue Devils since the 2019 season. Duke has played one exhibition match ahead of Tuesday night's contest, a 1-1 draw with South Carolina.
