Head coach
Chelsea Banbury: "I'm proud of our girls. First, we said going into today that it was going to be a statement game, and we're going to make that statement with defense. And I think holding them to 50 points, we did that. We definitely needed this win, and I think we have a good team, and we're starting to come together. I think today was a good step in the right direction. Obviously (Wyatt and Scheier) were excellent for us tonight, Claire has really come around the last two games and been very efficient with her minutes. And Callie was all over the place on defense, so that was nice to see. We're going to continue to need that, especially going into the Saturday. I'm happy with what we did tonight, and we have more work to take care of."
