HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Panthers came out firing in Rock Hill! High Point women's soccer left it all out on the field with an incredible 3-0 victory over the Winthrop Eagles Wednesday night. 

There was a sense of déjà vu in the air as Sam Gerhart was back yet again doing Sam Gerhart things. The senior forward scored another header to put the Panthers on the board first just two minutes into the match.

Three minutes later, Emily Mashinski netted her first of the night off a beautiful cross from Alex Deperno.

On the other end, the Panthers defense was dominant. Redshirt Senior Morgan Hairston had two saves and recorded her third shutout of the season.

In the 55th minute, Mashinski put the icing on the cake as she scored her second goal of the night to put the Panthers up 3-0 and secure the win.
