The High Point University men's basketball team (8-11) (6-8) travels to Campbell to take on the Fighting Camels in the final two-game Big South series of the regular season for HPU. The Panthers will play the Fighting Camels on Tuesday and Wednesday night with both games tipping at 7:00 PM. Both games will be streamed on ESPN+.

Make it Wright
John-Michael Wright is coming off of two impressive performances against the top in the Big South in Winthrop. On Thursday against Winthrop Wright finished the game with his first double-double of the season, scoring 27 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. The 27 points were two shy of tying Wright's season-high, while the 10 boards were the most the Fayetteville, N.C. native has collected this season. On Friday against Winthrop JMW tied a season-high with 29 points on the evening. Wright scored 19 of his points in the second half and consistently fueled the Panthers' offensive output. Wright averaged 28 points over the two games against the first-place Eagles.

HPU is 96th in the nation in block shots as they average 3.7 per contest. HPU is coming off of a seven-block performance as a team against the Eagles of Winthrop on Friday.
Seeing Double
Wright recorded his first double-double of the season on Thursday evening against Winthrop. The sophomore scored 27 points and brought down ten boards. It was Wright's fourth double-double of his HPU career.
Buzzer Beating Bryson
In the game on Thursday night on ESPNU against Winthrop Childress provided a spark, coming into the game and knocking down a three-pointer to stretch High Point's lead to five. Childress didn't stop there, knocking down a shot from nearly half court as time expired in the first to put the Panthers up six at the half. HPU's 40-34 lead left the Eagles trailing at half for only the fourth time this season.
