HIGH POINT, N.C. - The High Point University women's basketball team will host Radford on Saturday, Feb. 9. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. in the Millis Center.

The Panthers are coming of a 65-54 win at Longwood, while Radford beat Gardner-Webb, 79-69, in its last game. The Highlanders are currently first in the Big South with a 9-1 Big South record with HPU right behind them with an 8-2 conference record.
 
History vs. Radford
High Point currently leads the series over Radford 27-21. In the last meeting, the Highlanders took an 80-58 in Radford, Va. on Jan. 8, 2019.

• The Panthers are 118-90 all-time under head coach DeUnna Hendrix.

• Senior Emma Bockrath leads the Purple & White with 16.8 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game.
 
• Bockrath was named Big South Women's Basketball Player of the Week (Dec. 3) after averaging 15.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 4.0 steals over three games.
 
• She won the honor a second time on Feb. 4 after scoring a career-high 32 points against Hampton on Feb. 2. Bockrath grabbed 10 rebounds against lady Pirates.
 
• Senior Lindsey Edwards is second in points per game for High Point at 11.1. Edwards also adds 5.0 rebounds per game.
 
• The Perry Hall, Md. native ranks tied for fourth in the Big South in steals per game and 13th in points per game. Edwards is 47th in the NCAA in steals per game.
 
• Edwards pulled down a season-high 11 rebounds against Kentucky on Nov. 18. She scored a season-high 20 points against Norfolk State Dec. 15.
 
• Senior Shea Morgan is third on the team in rebounds per game (5.2) and assists per game (2.7) and fourth in points per game (9.8).
 
• Morgan scored a season-high 16 points against UNCG and grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds against American.
 
• The Kettering, Ohio native logged her second double-double of the season with 14 points and 10 rebounds at UNC Asheville.
 
• Senior Bria Gibson's 5.4 rebounds per game is second for HPU. Gibson adds 7.5 points per game.
 
• Gibson posted a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds in the season opener. She recorded her second double-double in the with a career-high 18 points and 11 rebounds.
 
• Junior Camryn Brown is tops on the team and third in the Big South in assists per game at 4.4. She is second in the Big South in assist/turnover ratio at 1.3. 
 
• Brown dished out a season-high nine dimes in the win over Mars Hill and the comeback win over Charleston Southern.
 
• The Copley, Ohio native is third on the team with 10.0 points per game.
 
• The junior guard tied a career-high with five made 3-pointers in the first game of the 2018-19 season, against Norfolk State on Dec. 15 and at USC Upstate on Jan. 5.
 
• High Point averages 71.4 points per game, which leads the Big South.
 
• The Panthers also lead the conference in field goal percentage (.419) and assists (15.76).
 
• The Panthers average 11.8 steals per game, which ranks tied for 14th in the NCAA.
 
• As a team, High Point grabbed a season-high 20 steals against Greensboro.
 
• In its 15 wins, High Point has held its opponents to an average of 58.3 points per game.
 
• Junior Miya Bull grabbed a season-high, for any Panther, seven steals against Hampton.

• Destinee Walker leads Radford and ranks ninth in the Big South with 13.7 points per game.
 
• Walker adds 7.0 rebounds per game, 2.6 assists and 1.5 steals a game.
 
• Lydia Rivers is tops on the team and first in the big South with 10.3 rebounds per game. Rivers scores 10.8 points per game.
 
• Khiana Johnson is first for the Highlanders and fourth in the Big South in assists per game at 3.7.
 
• Sydney Nunley ranks third in the Big South with 8.3 rebounds per game. She adds 9.9 points per game.
 
• Radford leads the Big South and ranks 14th in the NCAA in field goal percentage defense only allowing opponents to shoot 34.4 percent.
 
• The Highlanders' opponents only make 25.4 percent from three, which is tenth in the nation.
 
• Radford also leads the conference in rebounding at 43.7 per game. This is good enough for 12th in the NCAA.
 
• The Highlanders hold opponents to 55.0 points per game, which is second in the conference and 18th nationally. They only allow 50.7 points per game during conference play.
 
• Radford leads the conference in assist/turnover ratio at 0.95.
