HIGH POINT, N.C.--High Point University men's basketball head coach Tubby Smith participated in the Coaches vs. Cancer campaign Wednesday (Feb. 6) at the Subway on North Main Street in High Point.

Coach Smith served sandwiches during the lunch hour to demonstrate his commitment to the campaign, which is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

Throughout February, the public is invited to visit any Subway restaurant in the Triad to make a donation of any amount at the checkout to Coaches vs. Cancer. All contributions will go to support American Cancer Society local patient support programs, education and research.
