Box Score High Point, NC- The High Point University volleyball team stays undefeated in Big South play after defeating Campbell in three sets.

In a meeting between two unbeaten Big South teams it was HPU who made the first run of the day with an 8-4 advantage in the first set which caused Campbell to call tonight.
Kaley Rammelsberg was electric to start the first set with 3 aces in the first set alone.
Annie Sullivan picked up from where left last night contributing _ kills in the first set which helped the Panthers build a big lead. Mackenzie Thornburg was at the forefront of the Panther maintaining their control of the first set as she had _aces during the Panthers 10-0 run. The Panthers took the first set 25-8 giving them an early 1-0 lead.

After a lopsided set the Camels looked to respond in the second it was much closer set with the Camels taking an early 9-8 lead causing the Panthers to call time out. Panthers scored two points straight out of the time out courtesy of a
Megan Kratzer kill and an
Abby Bottomley kill. Sullivan started a run for the Panthers that put HPU up 21-16, The Panthers won the set 25-18 to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the match.

In set three, the Purple & White fell behind as the Camels took an astounding lead after a few kills and blocks. Camels then led the Panthers 20-17 late in the third. The Panthers came to life after Gabrielle Idelbird crushed two kills in a row. The Panthers then went on a 4-1 run to tie it at 21. After a back-and-forth battle the Panthers were able to pull off a match win beating the Camels 25-23 in set three.

The Purple & White are back in action Friday, October 11 at 6 p.m. where they are on the road in Clinton, South Carolina to take on Presbyterian College in another Big South matchup.
