HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University women's basketball team will host Winthrop Tuesday, Jan. 28. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. in the Millis Center.
 
History vs. Winthrop
This will be the 51st meeting all-time between the two programs. HPU currently leads the series 30-20. HPU took a 70-44 win in the Millis Center on Feb. 13, 2018 the last time the teams met.

• Senior Shea Morgan is third on the team in rebounds per game (5.7) and assists per game (2.9) and fourth in points per game (10.1).
 
• Morgan scored a season-high 16 points against UNCG and grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds against American.
 
• Senior Bria Gibson's 5.9 rebounds per game is second for HPU. Gibson adds 8.1 points per game.
• Gibson recorded her second double-double in the with a career-high 18 points and 11 rebounds.
 
• Junior Camryn Brown is tops on the team and second in the Big South in assists per game at 4.4. She leads the Big South in assist/turnover ratio at 1.4. 
 
• Brown dished out a season-high nine dimes in the win over Mars Hill and the comeback win over Charleston Southern.
 
• The Copley, Ohio native is third on the team with 10.6 points per game.
 
• High Point averages 72.0 points per game, which leads the Big South.
 
• The Panthers also lead the conference in field goal percentage (.419), assists (16.06) and assist/turnover ratio (0.93).
 
• The Panthers average 11.4 steals per game, which ranks tied for 19th in the NCAA.
 
• The Panthers are 9-0 at home this season. They win by an average of 22.0 points while playing in the Millis Center in the 2018-19 season.
