HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University volleyball team will continue conference play this weekend as they travel to Hampton, Va. and Buies Creek, N.C. The Panthers (13-8, 8-1) will take on Hampton at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, before traveling to Campbell at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct 20.
 
On the Panthers
• High Point defeated USC Upstate 3-0 and UNC Asheville 3-0 in the Millis Center last weekend.
• Senior Molly Livingston leads the Panthers with a .351 hitting percentage, 2.82 kills per set and 0.96 blocks per set. Livingston ranks second in the Big South in hitting percentage and fifth in the conference in kills per set and blocks per set.
• Livingston was named Big South Player of the Week after logging 17 kills on a .405 hitting percentage against ETSU, 11 blocks and seven kills against USC Upstate and 12 kills on a .688 hitting percentage over UNC Asheville.
• Sophomore Abby Bottomley is the leader defensively for HPU averaging 5.54 digs per set. She ranks first in the Big South and 12^th in the NCAA in the category.
• The Big South named Bottomley the Big South Defensive Player of the Week after posting a program, season, career and match-high 42 digs in the win over ETSU, 16 digs against USC Upstate and 17 digs over UNC Asheville.
 
On the Pirates
• Hampton (6-12, 1-7) is coming off a 1-3 loss to Campbell on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
• Junior Megann Delgado leads the Pirates with 3.86 kills per set, while senior Kyndall Nicholas is tops on the team with a .288 hitting percentage. Delgado leads the Big South in kills per set, while Nicholas ranks fifth in hitting percentage.
• Senior Maja Petronijevic is the defensive leader for Hampton with a 3.30 digs per set average.
• Head coach Brandon Duvall is in his third season at Hampton.
 
On the Camels
• Campbell (7-12, 5-4) defeated Hampton 3-1 on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
• Freshman Sarah Colla leads the Camels with 3.43 kills per set, while senior Jessica Stocking is the leader in hitting percentage at .165.
• Defensively, freshman Grace Kane is the leader with 3.94 digs per set, while sophomore Alysha Mitchell is tops on the team and fourth in the Big South with 1.03 blocks per set.
• Head coach Greg Goral has been at the helm for the Camels for six seasons.
