RADFORD, Va. – For the second straight season, the High Point University volleyball team will take on Radford in the Big South Championship with an NCAA Tournament berth on the line on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. at Radford.
 
The Panthers (24-6, 16-0) won their 19th consecutive match with a 3-0 victory over No. 5 Liberty in Saturday's first semifinal. The Highlanders (24-4, 13-3), then, dispatched of No. 6 Winthrop 3-0 in the nightcap.

Semifinal Notes
• Freshman Katie Doering posted a career-high 11 kills while hitting at a .364 clip on the night.
 
• Senior Haley Barnes paced the offense with 12 kills to go with three blocks and has 3.13 kills per set in her last four Big South postseason matches.
 
• Freshman Abby Bottomley recorded 19 digs as HPU recorded 46 in the three-set match.
 
• Dating back to late in the 2016 season, HPU has won 22 straight contests against Big South foes.
