High Point Notes:
           • High Point returns home with a 3-0-1 record following a 3-1 win at Loyola in the Panthers' first road contest of the season. Junior
Chris Ramsell scored a career-high two goals and redshort-freshman
Bana Ganidekam notched his first collegiate goal in the win.
           • Ramsell and Ganidekam were both honored by the Big South Conference on Monday with Ramsell being named the Offensive Player of the Week and Ganidekam the Crons Brand Freshman of the Week. HPU has now earned four Player of the Week honors this season, including all three Freshman of the Week nods.
           • High Point comes into the week among the nation's leaders in goals per game after scoring 12 goals in the team's first four games of the season. HPU needs just seven goals to match their total against Div. I opponents last season.
           • Freshman
Siggi Benonysson leads the Panthers and is first in the Big South with nine points on a conference-best four goals and one assist. Ramsell and freshman
Ryan Inman join Benonysson as multiple goal scorers this season with two apiece.
           • Redshirt-freshman
Keegan Meyer has started every game in goal for the Panthers and has a 1.18 goals-against average with a .667 save percentage.
           • High Point's 3-0-1 start to the season is the Panthers' best start since 2012 when they started 10-0-1 on their way to a 12-5-3 record.

           • Five different players have scored a goal for Marshall through the first five games of the season with Carlos Diaz-Salcedo, Paul Whitener, Daniel Jodah and Trevor Starcher joining Reyes in the scoresheet. Whitener also leads the team with two assists.
           • Trevor Clemens has started each of the past two games in goal for the Thundering Herd, recording back-to-back cleansheets. He has stopped three shots in his 180 minutes of action.

           • The two teams last met back in 2003 when High Point dropped a 1-0 decision on the road in Huntington, W.Va.
