PAW PRINTS
• HPU will look to sweep the High Point University Classic Sunday when the Panthers wrap up the tournament against  North Dakota State at 12:30 p.m.

• High Point opened the tourney with a 63-57 win over rival UNCG Friday and upended Navy 69-62 Saturday.

• Navy shot 52.2 percent (55.6 3pt FG) in the first half, but HPU limited the Midshipmen to 35.5 percent (11-31) in the second half, including just 23.5 percent (4-17) from deep.

• Sophomore Andre Fox posted his third-straight 20+ point effort Saturday vs. Navy, matching his career-high with 23 points (7-12 FG, 11-13 FT). Fox also grabbed six rebounds and tallied three assists and two blocks.

• Fox is averaging 21.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 blocks and 2.0 steals in the HPU Classic. He's shooting 54.5 percent (12-22) from the field and 88.9 percent (16-18) from the line.

• Fox ranks second in the Big South in scoring (19.0 ppg) and also ranks in the top-10 in FG% (8th, .532), blocks (6th, 1.5), 3pt FG made (8th, 2.3) and offensive rebounds/game (t-9th, 2.3).

• Redshirt-senior Miles Bowman Jr. posted his third double-double in four games this season with 11 points and 10 rebounds vs. the Midshipmen. He leads the Big South in rebounding (9.3 rpg) and defensive rebounds (7.5/game).

• HPU has shot at least 38 percent from 3-point range in all four games this season.

• Freshman point guard Jamal Wright dished out four assists and grabbed three steals vs. Navy. He has posted at least four assists in all four games this season and is second in the league in assists (4.5/game).

• The Panthers lead the Big South in scoring defense (64.8 ppg), field goal percentage (.449) and opponent FG% (.394).

• HPU will look to improve to 4-0 at home Sunday. It would mark the second-straight year the Panthers have done so. A victory also would get the Panthers off to a 4-1 start for the second time in three years.

• HPU is 34-5 in its last 39 home games. High Point plays four of its first five games of the 2016-17 inside the Millis Center. It's the first time the Panthers have hosted at least four of their first five games at home since the 2001-02 campaign.

HISTORY vs. NORTH DAKOTA STATE
Sunday's game marks the first-ever meeting between North Dakota State and High Point in men's basketball.

HISTORY vs. SUMMIT LEAGUE OPPONENTS
Saturday's game marks the first ever meeting between High Point and a Summit League program.

A LOOK AT THE BISON (3-1, 0-0 SUMMIT)

NDSU is 4-0 on the year, including a win over Arkansas State, which went on to win at Georgetown. The Bison opened the HPU Classic with a 66-59 win over Navy Friday but fell to UNCG, 65-54, Saturday. Paul Miller leads NDSU with 15.0 points per game, while A.J. Jacobson is averaging 14.3 points, a team-high 5.5 rebounds and shooting 92.3 percent (12-13) from 3-point range.
