William Holland recorded a shutout as Campbell defeated visiting High Point 2-0 in men's soccer action on Friday night at the Eakes Athletic Complex.
Both teams now stand at 1-4-1 on the season.

The Panthers nearly jumped in front in the 19th minute when Lane Miller's shot struck the left post before Holland could cover.
Barry scored his first goal of the season at the 42nd minute mark when he slid in at the right post to deflect Jason Kirk's low pass by High Point keeper Chris Michener into the net.
In the 52nd minute, High Point's Alex Thompson broke free in the Camel end, but Holland's foot save kept his net clear. Just over three minutes later, Chris Maness' header brought a reaction save at the goal line from Holland.
The game changed in the 64th minute when High Point defender Matt Wood was sent off for a retaliation on Kirk, who challenged HPU back-up keeper Matt Long.
Despite playing a man down, the Panthers nearly tied the game in the 69th minute, but Holland's diving stretch denied Maness in the box again.
Campbell's Chris Price nearly pushed the gap to a pair of goals after 73 minutes when his shot banged off the left post.
The Camels added their insurance goal in the 79th minute when Greg Schwartzenberger played a short corner kick to Sheppard on the left flank, and his shot deflected off a Panther defender before curling into the upper right corner of the net.
High Point held a 16-14 edge in shots with 10 on target. Only five of Campbell's 14 shots were on the frame, but two found the nets.
