Kimberly Wright smacked 15 kills and stretched for 13 digs as High Point defeated Elon 30-17, 30-27, 30-27 in Big South Conference volleyball action at Alumni Gym Wednesday night.

The Panthers (4-17, 1-6 Big South) also received key performances from Tracyann Pryce (13 kills, 10 digs), Lindsey Steinhaus (11 kills, 17 digs), Kristy Flynt (38 assits, 10 digs) and Kamarsha Ryan (10 digs).

Laura Griffin (12 kilss, 12 digs), Maria LaBrutto (7 kills, 6 digs), Lindsay Lawson (9 assits) and Katie Newby (9 assits) paced the Phoenix (6-11, 1-6).
