Dr. Tommy Wyatt, PT, DPT, PhD(c), joined High Point University as an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy and Director of Rehabilitation in October 2025.
He is originally from New Jersey and moved to North Carolina in 2024. Dr. Wyatt earned his DPT from South College, and PhD from Faulkner University. He completed his Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Atrium Health in Charlotte, N.C.
Dr. Wyatt is currently a sports manual therapy fellow at the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. A former Division I football player at Temple and Rutgers University, he comes with experience as a PT at the DI and professional level.
