Carson Britt joined High Point University in April 2022 as the Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets. He was promoted to Athletics Development Officer in 2024.
Britt is responsible for advancing the institutional priorities of the University and the Athletic Department through the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts for scholarships, capital projects and athletic endowments.
In his three years of being Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets, he established a 90% renewal rate for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 basketball seasons and secured $86,000 in new season ticket sales over the past three years. While also overseeing the annual fund, Britt raised $250,000 in student-athlete scholarships and set a new record of 1,200 Panther Club donors in the 2023-2024 academic year.

Prior to his arrival at HPU, Britt served as a Business Development Representative for the Winston Salem Dash Baseball team. He received his undergraduate degree in Parks and Recreation Management with concentration in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.Â
